||Jessica discovered yoga three years ago. Given her background in sports, at first, yoga was just a good way to get in a good sweat and, release some stress. Shortly after, it turned into much more. Class twice a week turned into a daily practice and yoga became one of her greatest passions. Wanting to share that passion with others, she became a certified power yoga instructor. She enjoys teaching a fun and fast paced flow, leaving students feeling stronger and healthier. Jessica is a senior at Bentley University pursuing a degree in Marketing and a minor in Health and Industry. She has a strong passion for plant-based nutrition, and health and wellness. Jessica completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Yoga Power Studio in November 2011. She also holds a certificate in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University and a Convention Sales and Meeting Planning Certificate from Arizona State University.
